The designs in this file are protected by United States Copyright laws. Permission is hereby granted with the purchase to use these designs on a limited basis for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Each collection is to be used by a single user. That does not mean Aunt Nellie and your neighbors, just you ! USE IN MAGAZINES/CONTESTS:
The legal purchase of the file(s) is required! Notification of the intent to use as part of a photo submission in any magazine/contest would be appreciated. (Mainly, because I want to make sure I get a copy of the magazine that accepts your submission!). Credit to J. Barelle Designs should be given for any file that is used in the submission.

GIFTS:
You may use the CUT FILES ONLY for projects in which you intend to give as gifts

LIMITED RESALE LICENSE:
You may sell the CUT FILE ONLY if it is used as an EMBELLISHMENT on a finished craft item that you are selling, such as finished (hired out) scrapbooks, greeting cards, etc. Proper credit MUST be given to J. Barelle Designs along with the email address of jbarelledesigns@bresnan.net as a contact in case of any questions/comments. (LIMIT: 5 cut files per image may be used in this manner. Please contact me at the above address for permission to use beyond this limit. An additional license fee may be required, depending upon use.)

You MAY NOT sell the cut file as a packaged stand alone embellishment or as a component of a packaged Craft or Scrapbook Kit without expressed written permission by J. Barelle Designs. ALL rights to the design as well as the file belong to J. Barelle Designs and may not be sold for profit or claimed as your own.

MISCELLANEOUS
You may not include the files in any digital collection in which you are distributing or selling for profit.

You may not distribute these files freely to any individual, organization, or group as a collection or single file.

You may not digitally "alter" the files and claim them as your own in any way.
