Thank you for purchasing this Collection. I have put MANY hours into the detail of each and every file, so that I could provide them for your purchase and use. I hope that you respect and honor this work by abiding by the following guidelines:

License Agreement
These images are Copyright © Jan Bryson, Sam & Hailey Designs, 2007 (all rights reserved). By purchasing these images you are obtaining a "license to use" these graphic images and designs and are agreeing to the terms of this user license. No portions of the patterns, designs, projects or written instructions may be shared or reproduced in any form without written permission. You do not have permission to sell or share the design files themselves.

What you can do:

  1. Use these graphics/designs for your own personal layouts/projects.
  2. Resize, and otherwise change these graphics for your own personal layouts/projects.
  3. Submit your layouts/projects using these graphics online as long as credit is given to the designer.
  4. Submit your layouts/projects using these graphics to publications as long as credit is given to the designer.
  5. Use these graphics/design in producing diecuts or items to be sold in a limited commercial capacity of 200 cuts per design, EXCEPTION: there is to be no reproduction of products for sales or any form of sales through the internet. Please contact designer if you have any questions regarding commercial usage of product.


What you can NOT do:

  1. Use these graphics for web templates or web design.
  2. Change these graphics in some way and claim they are your own.
  3. Resell or redistribute these graphics in any way, either through internet, CD, or sharing of computer files.
