I have been Scrapbooking for over 15 years, but really became addicted 4 years ago. As times changed, so has scrapbooking. The new trends produce so much energy in the pages that we complete now.

Two years ago my life took a dramatic turn.  My wonderful husband of 22 years was transferred to Atlanta, GA from North Carolina where I had lived all my life.  We had to leave behind our 3 sons, 2 DILs and my precious 3 grandchildren. 

October 2005, I ordered my Wishblade. By December I was ready to throw it out the window.  After long conversations and the chat rooms, I made a New Year’s resolution to learn my WB in 30 days. That’s when I first met Michelle, Bibi and a few others.

Well 11 months later, I am extremely proud to say that I have mastered the Wishblade and have already produced 3 collections that sell on Paperthreads. When the first one sold, I was so elated and proud that someone else really thought that my work and ideas were worthy of purchasing. I haven’t done much Scrapbooking lately, because I am having so much fun creating new GSD files and learning to use Illustrator CS2. I’m also proud to say that I can now do files in GSD, AI, and WinPC formats.

Michelle has taught me that if you keep pushing yourself, there is nothing that you can’t accomplish if you put your mind to it.
