Cut and new files greyed out when I go to cut a new file...no old files availabl

Does anyone know why this and what I should do about it??? I called Xyron...no help at all...sending my question "up" to a technician! Didn't know when he/she would get back to me. HELP, please...Thanks. :(

I guess I'm confused as to what is happening.......

What did you install most recently on your computer?

Are you trying to open a file, and it's greyed out, or are you able to OPEN the file, but can't cut it, becuase the cut button is greyed out?

If it is the second, and you just recently download the Robomaster program, you MIGHT have written over your WISHBLADE driver, so the program doesn't recognize that you have the device attached to cut.

Let me know if that sounds like what is happening here!
