Wintopo vs. Inkscapes

I've be downloading, printing, reading tutorials all afternoon and I'm still wondering what the difference is between Wintopo and Inkscapes....I own a Wishblade so I know I need one of them.....but which one....thanks!

The difference is the number of steps and programs you need to use. We don't offer support here on Wintopo (it takes more steps to do it!), so the best thing to do is choose one, download the tutorials and play! Some people that learned on Wintopo stick with it, but personally, I think you get better results with Inkscape

Okay.....I'll try Inkscapes being I'm just starting and I already find it a little confusing....thanks for your help!
