I get subscribed to every post I reply to-how do I stop that?

I can't quite seem to figure out how to make this stop. I don't usually remember to change thread type/notification to 'do not subscribe'.

Go to the quick links an then "edit options". You can change your default to "do not subscribe, no email notifications...".
