Help!

I just got my wishblade and it is not working well. When I tell it to cut. It just starts trying to cut and then shaking and making funny noises?!?! Any Suggestions?

go to xyron.com and download a new driver. i believe this was under the products tab, and the first wishblade listed. if that doesn't work (and I had to do this as well) in the create & cut program, go to edit, preferences, tools and then uncheck "connect to local product manager". these were the instructions i received from xyron

And just to let you know, the machine makes funny noises when it cuts ;) It's not quiet by a long shot!

Also, certain files are harder to do.

I recommend, once again, that you start out with the tutorials. START out with the basics, this way you can determine if this is a problem with the machine, or not. In otehr words, if you go through the tutorial and you find that the machine can't even cut a basic circle after following all the steps, then you know for sure its a machine problem.
