Quick Tip for Adhering

Have a cardstock that just doesn't want to stick to the mat -- no matter how much sticky stuff you try...? Or... you just don't trust that sticky stuff with you more expensive cardstock...?

I tried this today and it worked...

I rummaged in my scrapbook adhesive drawer and got out my HERMAFIX Dots dispenser. I ran about two or three lines across the back of the cardstock before adhering it to the mat.... It works like a charm!

Blue painters tape works well too! And I haven't had it mess up the left over scrap pieces of paper either!!! Cause you know I use those scraps!!! LOL

Yes -- I have tried the blue painter's tape and like it, but when I'm in a hurry, it is tough 'cause you need scissors to cut it (or your teeth) :) I've used masking tape and make sure that only a REAL teeny bit of it is on the edge of my cardstock 'cause it does tend to tear the cardstock when you are removing it.
