I think there is a tutorial somewhere that shows or tells you have to prep your graphic in order to trace for cutting..... Does anyone know where it is??
I have done a ton of searches and cant find it!!

I know there's a tutorial to "prep and image for changing color of cutlines". I think it briefly mentions "cleaning it up". Beyond that I am not aware of any. I usually use Adobe photoshop to open my image as a jpg and erase any stray markings in there to delineate the edges better. The new inkscape 0.45 is also better at showing a preview of the trace and flipping back and forth between multiple methods allowing you to get a cleaner scan. (Of course I know you are trying to learn winPC...and not to use lots of programs...LOL!)

Thank you!! I knew I had seen it before!!!! I have had Photo Shop 7 for about a year now (my mom upgraded and gave me her version number 7) but I have never installed it due to the fact my photo album program did everything I needed it to do for my photo to go in my scrapbooks -
Well as I get ready to design more files I am seeing that it would probably behove me to install that dratted program!!! Here we go ANOTHER program to learn!!! LOL
Thanks again Michelle!!!

Chris is there any terms that are way different from the tutorial - or have you even looked at it?!?! LOL
You are a pro and I know you probably don't need it!
