Hello, did you buy a laptop with Vista as the operating system? If you did then then the Wishblade won't work on it. You will have to cut from your computer that has XP on it. They are supposed to be working on the patch to make it work with Vista.

Check you personal messages, I am going to send you one.

Thanks Terina, I PM'd you back and emailed you!
Wow, good thing that our laptop doesn't have Vista on it then!!! We bought right before Vista came out, so we have XP.

Hi Kristen,

If you call customer service 1-800-793-3523, they should ship you a new one, just tell them that you lost it.

I had this same problem when loading to my new computer, I couldn't find the disc and knew one of my children must have removed it from my personal stash.

I called customer service and within a couple of days I received it in the mail.
About three weeks later I went to open my under-the-counter radio/cd player, there was my original disc. LOL.

Xyron Customer service has been AWESOME - they sent me new blades the other week cause they couldn't tell why it broke the way that it did!!!!

They are pretty awesome!!

Go to Xyron Website, click on the SUPPORT tab, and then click on the drop down menu, and choose the Xyron Wishblade (there are 2 options for then, so click on the one that gets you to the "old blue" machine)
Then there is a SOFTWARE tab on there, and the link to the Wishblade TTF software program, which is all you need! Download it, make sure you save it to disk so that you have it later on, and then go ahead and do an install. Make sure you unplug the machine first....
