2.4 german download

I'm doing something wrong. Had the vundo trojan ended up losing everything so starting over. I downloaded from the german site clicked on the first disk open in win zip and I don't get folders but 10 files first set up.exe canload and get the 2.4 software but dont know the rest I get data 1,Data2, layout, setup.exe, data1.hdr, engine32, read me, setup configuration settings, setupIbt and some of these with windows needs to know who created it to open it. Is the first file the wrong one or win zip am i opening it wrong any help thanks tried it 4 times same thing.

there should be a folder, DISK 1 that you go into...if you don't find it, maybe you got a partial download or downlaoded from the wrong link on that page....

I just had to set up all this on my laptop..had lots of problems with the german download..exactly as you are describing. I had to stop, remove the entire download and redownload it ...the second time it seemed to load just fine..clicked on the folder and everything set up properly

Yeah, thanks to Lori and Shirley I finally am taking my wishblade on crops. Must tell you I am the FAVORITE PERSON TO SIT NEXT TO!!!! I enjoy helping everyone make their titles and sharing my files with them. Now, all I have to figure out is how to stop playing with my toys and get some housework done. Any suggestions on that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again ladies.

I downloaded four times, I have the folder Disk 1, and setup.exe, I did this and have software 2.4 loaded but after that it says finished. Have not did the control or the driver files no more folders left just files. My computer keeps coming up found new hardware now and have to keep canceling it. My auto trace is real large and out line is off . I'm not Computer smart before the trojen worked perfect, now on a new computer still windows xp.

Do you have a CR or WB machine?

If a CR, then you should be first installing your software that came with your machine, as on that software is the drivers, and they will go through the installation in full.

Then, after you do that, you would then install the Robomaster 2.4 software, it will overwrite the other program, but leave the drivers intact.

not sure about the tracing, but i'm sure you just have to fiddle with the settings in there. I don't use the autotrace features in the program, as i find it to inhibiting, and difficulty to edit the files.
