I got my pink WB a few months ago and came here to learn! I've been playing a lot this summer (I'm a teacher, so have time now) and have mastered welding words and making outlines in create and cut. That's pretty much all I use. It is so true that the more you practice the better you become. I've had 2 mats loose all their stick and have had to resort to spraying them, sometimes once a day! I bought supplies to make my own mats but haven't quite done that yet, ha! I guess when you make a mat unsticky in one day it's time to do something other than WB, hee, hee!

I may just be ready to try inkscape! O.K., maybe not! ;)

I've found this site so helpful and just wanted to thank you all for answering my questions! Without these boards, I would have shipped my WB back!

Go for the inkscape!! It is pretty easy and there is a step by step tutorial!!!!

We are sooo glad you are here! As for finding something else to do - nah!! It is more fun to cut and play!!!!!

I second what Lori says!! I couldn't believe how much I learned from the tutorials for Inkscape....they are easy to follow and teach you how to do so many fun things! And since it is free....what can you lose?
Welcome to our great forum....
