New Mini - Scor it!

I just purchased this and I have a couple questions...
1. the site states Free Shipping, but it was charged to my CC.
2. I can't download the file. This is what I get, but no "link"

If you paid with Credit Card or Paypal balance, then your files is AVAILABLE for download! Scroll down, and you will find the download links! If this item is a freebie, then it is also already available for download.


If you chose to pay with a bank transfer through Paypal or with Check/Money order, then your file will be available once payment is received in full.


To download the item, simply click on the Download button on this screen. If you paid via paypal credit or paypal balance, then the files are available immediately. If you paid through your bank account using Paypal, then the file will be available in 4 business days. If the file contains more than one ZIP file, then please remember to download each file seperately.

The best thing to do if you have trouble in the store is to contact Michelle at support@paperthreads.com. She is tops in customer service!

Hi :)

I emailed you back, credit your account, and sent you the file via email! The problem was from our download crash yesterday, and those products didn't have the "downloads" attached to it, which also affects the shipping, as the shipping was tied into the download, when that was lost then the free shipping coding was too!

Anyway, it's all fixed, and your account was all adjusted! :)

I got the PayPal email with the shipping refund but I have not gotten an email from you....hmmmmmmmm :confused:

I just sent the email again. Make sure you check your spam box as well, because it could be going there...
