Iron on vinyl?

Hi! OK, this is odd...I posted this question twice and it doesn't come up as a new topic. So, I am trying one more time :o))

I received the iron on vinyl, but it didn't come with any instructions. I am wondering if anyone can help. I am assuming you do use a mat with it? Ideas about pressure & speed. And, then the ironing part...do you just cover it with fabric of some sort while ironing? Thanks for any help!!

I have to find the sheet on the shirt stuff....it's lost in the pile in my supply room, but I do have it...just have to dig it up. Might not get to it right away...but I know Carol has used it, so hoping she pops in and posts what settings she used...or maybe someone else....

I am planning for the "big day" here on Monday, or I'd have gone and dug for it earlier.
