Hi, I have a wishblade but haven't dedicated the time to getting it "up an running"....spent a few hours of frustration with it but.....have always hoped to "tackle it" again.

Now, however, HSN has a new cutter for sale today. Pazzles .....

Do you experienced die cut machine "operators" have any advice.....
1.) hang tough and "conquer" the Wishblade
2.) give it up ... it's always a struggle to use
3.) if you want something easy to use, the Pazzel looks good
4.) other

Thanks, I wonder what I haven't thought of yet.....

If you haven't learned the basics of the one cutter yet, the other won't be all that much easier.

The software the pazzles uses is the funtime software, which you can purchase and use on your Wishblade, for a lot cheaper then buying a whole new machine.

I feel, before you jump into a new machine that you truly need to tackle learning your Wishblade.

Hi

I hope you don't mind that I jumped in on this thread. I have a Pazzles cutter and I really like it, but from everything I've seen, there are so many more cutting files available for the Wish Blade, that I sometimes wish that I had bought that instead.

That being said, you had mentioned that the Funtime software could be purchased for use on the Wish Blade. Does that mean that if I bought the software I would be able to cut GSD files on my Pazzles? That would be very nice.

Thank you!

Wendy

No, you can't use GSD files in the WPC software. But you can use the WPC software (funtime) to cut DIRECTLY to your Wishblade machine.

Thank you so much for your reply. I'll stick with the Wishblade. I have printed out the tutorials and need to sit down with them and the machine and make it work.

I do a lot of work on the computer but it's not technical stuff and so I'm somewhat intimidated by it but I've figured out stuff like this before....I'm spoiled with the "point and click" ease of so much that I use that I've gotten into the "I just want to push the button" mode and start having fun with it.

Thanks again!

Slight hijack and I'm sure this has been stated before, but does Funtime let you use the BLUE WB with Vista?
