Changing files

I have a quick q about buying and then changing files. Like this... I LOVE that parade file with the kids but being as I am Canadian I would want to change the flag to Canadian. Once I have bought the file is it against the rules to change the flag? Or should I ask this directly to the designer? Well, really, I don't know how so I would have to ask for directions on that anyway... but do you know what I mean?? LOL HELLLPPP...

It's not against the rules to change or alter the file.

You can't however, then share that file, you could continue to use it for your own personal use.
