YES!!! The sun is out (finally), the grass is green, trees are showing their leaves and flowers are blooming and it's certainly much warmer :) ... HAPPY SPRING Everyone!!!
In the gallery is a simple to make Tulip card that cuts very nicely & could be made for just about any ocassion. This file was designed by Shirley Clark and you can view the card by going to Shirley's gallery spot (http://www.paperthreads.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=1215&limit=recent). 3-D dots were used behind the Tulip petals & the butterfly's wings to make them stand out...
