A friend of mine has a DIL from Russia and wanted a Russian influenced/themed card. This is a sillouhette of St. Basil's Cathedral in Moscow (I think).
I used some flourish stamps and then pearl-ex. I sprayed a fixative on it and for whatever reason parts of it got a frosted glass look, I can deal with that I guess!
