View Full Version : New Store User, my order didn't go through?

Hi all. I hope I can find some help here. I used the store for the first time today but I don't think it worked for me. I checked out and went through the paypal process but I never got any D/L instructions. I've checked my paypal account and there isn't any trace of the purchase either. I don't mind going back and checking out again, but I don't want to purchase the same downloads twice in case the first one did take and I've just missed something. Any one got any advice?

My suggestion would be to go to the store site and click on the "my account" tab at the top and log in. It keeps a history of your order and you will be able to see if your order went through. That is also where you will find your files for downloading if I'm not mistaken.
Michelle checks the forum pretty often so she will see your message here. You can also send her a message through the "contact us" tab found on the store site as well.

I did email you back ;) I don't show that an order went through for you at all in the store today. I do show that you logged into your account, but no order was completed, and no payment was processed.
