HELP...I get an error when uploading files, something like this:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 13056 bytes) in /homepages/25/d211290593/htdocs/paperthreads/gallery/image-inc.php on line 102
This error occurs because you have tried to upload a file that is larger then the allocated size. Please make sure before you upload that your image is smaller than 100KB. This will ensure that you won't get this error.
If you DO get this error, you will have to PM me, and I will have to go into the server, and remove the large file from the server so it doesn't jam you up more.
IF you are struggling with making your image smaller, without losing the quality for viewing online...I found this photo resizer, at FastStone. They take donations, if you would like to contribute to the project, here is the link to the program:

click on it, then run the EXE file, it will install to your computer, and then you can use the program to convert your files to a smaller size that will work in the gallery.....it's really easy to use!
