I've been a member of Paperthreads for a while now and many of you know me. But how well do you REALLY know me?!? ;)Can you pick out the false statement about me from the list below? I was born in Texas.
I’m related to the famous John Adams.
My cat tried to eat our pet fish. I put the bowl up every night so fishie doesn’t become cat food!
My hubby was once mistaken for a girl.
I fell off my moped, knocked a few teeth out and totally screwed up my face. It took several plastic surgeries to make me recognizable again.
I love 80’s hair bands.
I am a “computer potato” and have acquired 3 jobs that encourage my “potatoness”.
I have aided in dispensing drugs.
My hubby is a flasher.
I am a singer…La, la, la, laaaa!
My daughter was delivered by the OB nurses. I was only in labor for 1 hour. When the doc finally got there I told him “He was late”. He explained that no one was in the ER to let him in and he couldn’t get his code to work.
I have chopped the heads of off snakes.
I’m a dedicated Survivor TV show fan.
My 4 year old son is missing a body part.
My mother was born in Vietnam.
I walk back and forth to school everyday.
I’ve helped to make quilts that get sent to disaster victims.
I feel being a Paperthreads designer is my fate. I have been so close to getting several other jobs but something always falls through. I have a feeling those other jobs just weren’t meant to be. I’m thrilled to be a designer for PT and hope you are too!

Here are my explanations if you're interested.


I’ve eaten bugs.

We go to a bug fair every year. It's really a lot of fun they have crafts like make a bee hat, games and various insect displays....saw butterfly crystalist last year. Of course they always have some sort of food with actual bugs in them...last year was cricket brownies and mealworm wraps. If you don't think about what you are eating it's really quite good!


I own a monkey.

A lot of people guessed this one as false. But....people that know me know that I always refer to my daughter as being a monkey. She is constantly climbing onto things...her arms are so muscular from climbing. She is constantly touching things she shouldn't like the garbage...just like a monkey! So yes I have a monkey!
