I have the Blue WB and was very happy using it with Funtime. I have a Cricut too just the normal one without the program stuff. I LOVE the ease of use with the Cricut. I LOVE Funtime. I HATE my Blue Wishblade. I have the hardest time getting it to cut without having to cut twice, cutting off the page, cutting to hard and ripping, ect....right now, I am at my fill of it. I have spent the last 2 hours getting this to cut something and am I done.
My question is....
What machine could I buy that helps take out the guessing on pressure, ect...
I like doing my own designs on the Funtime Deluxe. I don't get into anything other than scrapbooking with paper only. Does this make sense? I am so pissed right now and probably not making any sense. SORRY if so.
Please advise.

First breathe... I have the craft robo, KNK element, KNK groove and LOVE them all in thier own right... I am trying to sell my element and have a buyer just need to get with her to sell it...lol

Anyway, I do not know what to tell you as far as which machine to buy that you don't have to worry about setting the pressure because I do have to set the pressure with the KNK BUT I do not have to guess with it except for the first run of a new type of paper and rather it is not so much of a guess but ensuring I have everything set right and I write down in a little notebook what I did to get good results, So essentially I would not get rid of my Groove for NOTHING!!!

Oh and I only really scrapbook and recently thanks to the ladies here have been making cards and 3D items, so just to give you a feel of what I use my KNK for.

Thank you for your response. I have walked away as of right now.....don't want housing to get mad at me for the whole in the window plus it is only 7 degrees and I could get cold.

So you have machines, LOL. I was looking at the comparison chart and have it narrowed down to KNK and maybe Pazzle? Why do you have the KNK groove and the Element? I am just wondering. You have the older Craft Robo? Sorry to ask so many questions I just shopping. And also thank you for helping me.

LOL, no problem about the questions... ask away.

The main reason I have three machines is because I am an addict (shhh...don't tell anyone)
I do have the older craft robo and bought that ONLY because I wanted to be able to take it with me to crops as I just signed up for a 4 times a year crop with a bunch of friends.
I bought the groove to replace my element in hopes of selling the element prior to getting the groove, well the groove came in early and I hadn't quite made the desion yet to sell the element...lol
I am so indecisive on my machines. I absolutely love the KNK. I do not know ANYTHING about the Pazzle BUT Michelle (paperthreads owner) owns a Pazzle and a KNK in various sizes...lol, she uses the KNK for production and also is the one who made the comparision chart so she is sooo full of knowlegde about these machines. I am sure she will chime in here soon.

Angela - if you get one of the older KNK's (maybe a used one) you can cut to it from your Funtime Software!!!

That's what I do.... I design and cut from Funtime but I have the 13" KNK!!!!

Thank you so much for your help. I mean it. Ok I understand about addicts....I am Angela and I am a paper addict.

Michelle is great, I know this personally from YEEEAAARRRSSS ago. She helped through Yahoo messanger, MSN or aol back in the day. LOL.

I guess you use the GE software with your KNK? I (lowering my head in shame) have that too but have yet to understand it much. But I have the Funtime Deluxe (just upgraded from regular Funtime) and really do love using it. Would you happen to know if you can use the Funtime with KNK instead of its' software?
Again thank you for taking time to answer my questions. I really appriciate it.

Angela,

If you have a Cricut, and love how it cuts, you might like the Pazzle the best. Even though it doesn't have the same pressure as the Groove, it does have a similar blade component to your Cricut, and the software that comes with the Pazzle will be able to directly use all your files made from your Funtime software, as it's the same software with just a few differences.

It would be the one with the less learning curve for you, that's for sure!!

I think we were posting at the same time!!

I have the older 13" KNK and I use the Funtime 2009 Deluxe with it (Before that I used the Funtime Scrapbooking 2008 with my KNK)...

So yes - yes you can!!!

And I think there are a few used KNK for sale here at Paperthreads - and Michelle might know of one as well!!

Check with her!!!

Yes, I think we where posting at the same time as well as Michelle too. hahaha.

I see now where the Element is a little older than the Groove. Can anyone tell me the difference with the Element and the newer Groove? Just wondering.

The Pazzle does look good as far as ease. The Pazzle software is simialar to Funtime correct?

Thanks again, Michelle, Lori and Elizabeth.

The element can only cut up to 9" wide, whereas the Groove is a newer version of the 13" KNK model.

From what I understand - the Pazzles software is a version of Funtime but that is a version that is "in between" the Funtime Scrapbooking 2008 and the Funtime Deluxe 2009....

I know that it doesn't have the new and improved auto vectoring that the 2009 version has but that Pazzles is working with Sign Max to get that put into an upgrade....

HTH~

And I just got confirmation that you can cut to the NEW MAXX machines with the Funtime 2009 software. So I'm assuming the same will hold true for the new Groove!

Angela, If you look in the Crafty Garage Sale, I know there is a Element for sale (http://www.paperthreads.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7195) at a REALLY excellent price.
