Tension Settings for Craft ROBO?

Is there a way to adjust the tension and/or the depth of cutting on my new Craft ROBO? More than just changing out the blade caps? When cutting cardstock, even light weight, it doesn't cut all the way through. I've tried different weights, and all 3 height settings, and get the same cut no matter what I do. This mostly happens with text.

It sounds like your bladeholder is sitting too far down in the jaw.

Visit the Tips and Tutorials section for the craftrobo, there is a sticky in there that talks about lifting that blade holder up before you lock it in place.

Thanks! I did that, plus I made the line cutting width larger, from .1 to .8 depending on the size of the font I wanted to print. It worked great!
