It would be next to impossible to send it unzipped. File size....

If it's not downloading properly, before you try again, you need to make sure you are CLEANING out your temporary files on your computer BEFORE you try to download it again. If not, what happens is your computer "thinks" it has a good copy of it, and won't get a good down load....so you have to start completely fresh.
