    Default New to the group

Hello to everyone on PaperThreads. Ileana Russell referred me to this group. I am from Canada, mom to four and grandmother to four charming children. My husband and I farm near the Weyburn area.
I own a mini Pazzles, and appreciate all the posts and threads about machines.
I scrapbook and stamp, but would love to start doing wall art.
I have had a lot of trouble with my Mini Pazzles; I think it is a problem with my ports. I am thinking of purchasing a different machine late this fall. I am leaning towards the Pazzles Inspiration or the Klic N Kut.
Any ideas or comments would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Connie and welcome!

Illeana did not steer you wrong! I would suggest (if you haven't already) you look at the machine comparison chart. It is a good way to figure out what you want to be able to do in the long run as well as how much you are wanting to invest.

I personally started out with the KNK Element and saved up money over time in order to upgrade to the 13" machine. I can't say enough nice things about both of the machines.

I would also suggest you read as many of the threads in this section as yours is a question that comes up a lot.

    Good luck with your decision!

The machine comparison chart will definitely help you make a decision. I started with the blue Wishblade, then got the KNK Element. I kept both and do all my test cutting with my WB. I use my KNK for all my personal cutting fun!

Welcome! The group is the best. Ask anything & you most likely will have an answer in no time. The Comp. chart will help you. When I was looking I printed it out, wrote all over it and then made my decision. I have an KNK Element that I love. I just wish I had more time with it.

Hi and Welcome! I also started with the blue wishblade and went to the Element! I love them both but am now thinking about upgrading to the 13".... The machine comparison chart should help you out however if you scrap in 12x12 and have the room (this baby is BIG) I'd go with the 13" that way you can really take advantage of the beautiful overlays that are in the store! You can cut them with the smaller machines too though!

    Good Luck

    Default hello from Kingsley, Mi

    Hello,
I'm new to the group, I found this sight surfing around, I bought a PI in March at Mega Meet.
I'm in love with what my machine can make. :p
I'm hoping to learn more and more and I like what projects I've looked at so far and can't wait to search even more on this sight.
My grandchildren are my inspiration, I have 4 right now and1 on the way.
    Thanks in advanced Gail

Welcome Gail, ask away if you have any questions. Lori aka beloved keepsakes knows a ton about the software used for your PI so ask if you have any questions.
