It's that time once again to make a selection on a member who stands out in our Gallery. It's always a difficult choice seeing all the talent being shared. As I'm cruising through the many images of projects I can't help but to think how awesome our members are with the work they do. Colorful layouts, cards, and original cuts every one of them uniquely created! No wonder it takes some time to make a decision on whom to honor.

One particular image caught my eye: a "Bon Voyage" Disney piggy bank. What a clever idea! You can see Deb did a fantastic job keeping the shine even on the die-cuts. I'm still wondering how she did it. Can you give us some lessons?

QUICK TIP:

Are you suddenly having trouble getting clean cuts even on paper you've cut successfully many times before? Make sure there are no lint balls or tiny paper scraps gumming up your blade and blade cap. Remove the cap and blow it out end gently clean around the base of your blade.

'Twas A Scrapper's Night Before Christmas

Twas the night before Christmas, I'm glued to the tree.
I'm wondering what Santa brought just for me.
Could it be cardstock, chipboard, a Bind It All or lace?
Or a new cutter, I said, with a smile on my face.
And that's when I heard him, "Hi Santa," I said
He quickly told me that I should be in bed.
"I know I should Santa, and now I've got caught.
But I was just so excited to see what you brought."
"Well, let's take a look in this room where you work."
He shook his head quickly, And left with a jerk.
I heard him exclaim as he put it in gear.
"You've got enough crap, I'll see you next year!"
