A few people have had a couple of problems with the store. I'm going to try to provide some help here, so you can have a better shopping experience!

I keep losing the items I put in my CART ?
If you haven't signed into your account yet, and are adding items to your cart, it is possible that they won't "stay" in the cart. This is because the system isn't storing your information, it is only being remembered by you cookies in your browser program. So make sure your items stay in your cart, log in first, then go shopping!

I can't get my STATE selected so I can create an account?

This is a glitch in the software program, and one that I'm hoping they will get fixed sometime in the near future. But in the meantime, if you refresh your screen and start the account creation process over, you can get it to work. What you must remember to do is put your state in the field box, and get everything entered correctly before hitting your ENTER key. If you hit your enter key before you were done, you might experience the problem of the missing state drop down menu.

I bought my stuff, now how do I download it, do I have to wait for you to email it to me?
No waiting needed! Unless you paid by e-check in Paypal, or by check/money order, your files will be available IMMEDIATELY for download! After you finish the paypal process, you will be taken back to the Paperthreads store. On your screen, if you scroll down, you will see that your file is available for download. Simply click on the download button and start saving!

Where should I save my files ?
Anywhere on your computer, just as long as you remember where you put them. I have created a CUTTER folder in MY DOCUMENTS. And in that folder, I have many sub folder categories. I save my files in the correct categories. (Some files get saved in several categories, if it fits in a category, a copy of the file goes there!)

I have a Craft Robo, will I be able to open the GSD's sold in this store?
ALL files created here are created so that they are compatible with both the Wishblade and Craft Robo programs. We make our files in the Craft Robo program, ensuring that they will work fine with your program! (Some of the original files might need to be ran through the Wishaway program, if you have had to do that, please send us an email, so we will know we have to go in and correct that!)

How long does it take to get the machines/ blades/accessories?
If you ordered before 9a.m. EST (M-Sa), then your product will be shipped the same day as payment received! Anything ordered or payment received after 9 a.m. EST will be mailed the next business day. If you ordered a machine, these will be shipped directly from the supplier within 2 business days of payment received!
